The Aspen Housing Partnership is hosting public open house sessions regarding three affordable rental housing projects in Aspen. The Aspen Housing Partnership team has presented the first round of public input solicited in January to the Aspen City Council. Following discussion and feedback from the January sessions and Council, the public is invited to attend the second round of open houses.

The open houses are Wednesday, Mar. 2 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. and Thursday, Mar. 8 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the Limelight Lodge. This is the last opportunity for public input on these proposed rental housing sites before the project moves to the next phase.

“This second round of open houses features updated designs with public input from the January open houses and City Council,” said Jason Bradshaw of Aspen Housing Partners. “Participants will be given a follow-up opportunity to review conceptual designs for each property and give feedback before the project moves forward.”

Users and non-users of affordable housing are welcome to attend as public participation is highly encouraged and a core value to the project team. Individuals and organizations who are unable to attend an open house are encouraged to contact the project team to provide input. Open house materials will also be uploaded on the website:
