Please join us for an hour-long discussion with Casey Slossberg, CEO of Aspen Valley Investments.

The federally approved Land Conservation Easement Program allows individuals to make 50% of their income tax-free if land is placed into conservation and conserved in perpetuity.  Join Casey Slossberg, CEO of Aspen Valley Investments for a valuable discussion on the Social and Tax Benefits of conserving land and learn how members of her partnerships can make 50% of their income completely tax-free on both the Federal and State levels.

Casey Slossberg has been a member of the Aspen community since 1999 and is extremely passionate about conservation.  She has been managing real estate investment partnerships since 2013, which allows like-minded investors to buy an ownership percentage in her partnerships, providing them an opportunity to minimize their tax liability by 50% by voluntarily electing to conserve and protect forests, air quality, rivers and streams, and natural habitats.

Casey will be explaining the social and tax benefits of current partnerships her company is offering to accredited investors this year who are passionate about conservation and could also benefit from income tax savings.

Casey Slossberg and her affiliates have conserved over 10,000 acres of land which are home to endangered and threatened species over the last decade. To date in 2018, she and her clients have already conserved over 150 acres.  Casey is an Executive Member of Partnership for Conservation (P4C), a national coalition of stakeholders in more than 40 states representing the entire conservation easement ecosystem, including land trusts, landowners, and others involved in the conservation process.

Casey is a member of the Aspen Board of Realtors and an agent with Aspen Snowmass Sotheby’s International Realty.  She has over 10 years of experience in the luxury real estate market helping clients buy and sell real estate in the Aspen area.
