On January 17 the Red Brick Center for the Arts in Aspen will host an opening that features eight artists in a juried exhibition titled, “Landscapes”, along with the abstract photography of lifelong local Gary Gleason.

The Landscapes show will feature pieces by each of eight selected artists – Meghan Bergeron, Benn Bookout, Ghislaine Boreel, Curt Carpenter, Kristen Friebele, Monica Goldsmith, Kat Moser and David Notor – displayed along the Red Brick corridor gallery. Gleason’s abstract photography will be on display in the new West Gallery exhibition space in Aspen’s 25 year-old arts center. The show will hang until February 14.

Beverages, cocktails and snacks will be provided at the artists reception, courtesy of Jazz Aspen Snowmass. The artist reception is scheduled for January 17 from 5-7 p.m. 110 E. Hallam.
